In a week (from the time of this post, at least) Friday Night Lights will return to NBC for it’s third season. I haven’t finished the second season yet even though I’ve had the DVDs sitting on my shelf for at least six months. Oops. I might be able to talk myself into doing an FNL marathon this weekend. Or I could just wait until Season 3 is out on DVD and watch it whenever I want. Thus is the beauty of Hulu and Netflix. But below is the beauty of Minka Kelly. Gathering these pictures did provide a little more motivation to start watching Season 2. The prospect of more Adrianne Palicki doesn’t hurt things either.

What a man’s woman (or a sports-loving woman’s woman). Also, pushing her more to the woman’s woman realm, look at this style! I’m fairly convinced her stylist is a genius. I don’t think she’s been on any of the official Best Dressed lists, but that’s probably because she’s not as famous as most of the actresses who are on those lists. Yet. She clearly wants to be a serious actress like those best dressed bitches, because there is not a Maxim-quality photo of her anywhere on the web. Yeah, there’s the tacky upskirt shot, but the most revealing shots that she volunteered for are those Friday Night Lights pictures where she’s got on the cheerleading outfit or the Powder Puff uniform. Of course, that doesn’t make her any less gorgeous.
